What Do We Offer

• This is a hybrid-based role working closely with the Marketing Director. We have an office in Quang Trung Software City in HCMC.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday or according to agreement.
• 12 days of annual leave per year.
• Competitive salary based on experience. Possible bonus depending on performance.
• Probation: 2 months.

Job Descriptions

As a B2B marketing executive, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services, attract customers, and drive sales. You will work closely with the Marketing Director, marketing team & sales team, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Create and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Campaign and Event Management: Lead and assess marketing campaigns and events, ensuring they are effective, within budget, and aligned with our brand.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee all organic and paid digital channels, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
• Market and Brand Research: Conduct research to stay ahead of market trends and maintain brand integrity across all platforms.
• Analytics: Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and report on their success to leadership.
• Collaboration and Relationship Management: Work across teams and with external partners to foster relationships and enhance marketing efforts.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of 4-5 people.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, particularly in digital marketing and event management.
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; video editing skills are a plus.
• 1 year of management experience.
